What font did you use for the "Coalition" logo?
Is it safe to update to Wordpress 3.5, or will there be a theme update coming?

I'm not aware of any issues with 3.5 yet but Kriesi has not done the updates for 3.5 yet so I would give it a bit of time first.
As for the logo, its Marketing Script and the file for it is in the PSD folder in the main package you download from themeforest.
