    Hey,

    COLOR SECTION –
    On our home page we use a vimeo video in a color section. This worked until today.

    ANIMATED COUNTDOWN –
    On several pages we use an animated countdown. This worked until today.

    To my knowledge, there have been no plugins added or updated.

    The website is http://fbcowasso.org – this shows the color section (that doesn’t work properly)
    http://fbcowasso.org/live – shows the animated countdown (not working)

    Hey Chad!

    1. As I understand there was a vimeo video on the homepage above the 4 banners which is not not visible.

    2. On the live page there was a counter below “Next service begins in.” which is not visible any more…

    Please provide us with a admin login info to the wordpress backend in a private message so we can take a look at it and help you sort it out.

    To clarify –
    1. On the home page, the Vimeo video is a background in a COLOR SECTION. The 4 banners are placed on top of that video inside the color section. It worked without problem until recently. This appears to be only related to the color section. Vimeo video works on other pages.
    2. Correct. Additionally, the animated countdown doesn’t show on any page.

    Hi,

    You are getting some JavaScript errors on the page, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

    Thanks for your help. It appears the JQuery Updater plugin was causing the problem. I’m not sure why or what changed. I’ve deactivated the plugin and all seems to work correctly now.
