Preview image on 1st column not loading/ not working; it has the circular loading thingy on it the whole time. Please help.

Before you *upload any images* , please compress them here http://www.smushit.com/ysmush.it/ . (just upload them, and then get them back lean and fast. Each of your images is 4 megabytes in size! So the reason nothing loads is because your front page is as big as a small movie.I compressed just 4 images using the above URL 99% (10 megabytes less) without any loss in quality. Your customers and visitors will thank you.
