Combine one big and two small sidebars

Hi,
I use Newscast for http://zlataleta.com/. I like 2 small sidebars but some advertisers prefer banner dimensions 300x250. My idea is to add big sidebar (340px) on the top of existing 2 small sidebars.
Is that doable and if yes how to achieve that?

Forgot to tell: I use OpenX for banners, so I could just insert the invocation code in sidebar.php. I just cant figure out how and where to define a special div and css.

It's funny how i tried for a few hours and didn't find a solution. But when I posted here I instantly got a fresh idea and it worked.
Problem resolved.
