Is set up according to the woocommerece documentation for digital downloadable.
I’ve done exactly as the document says (Quoted Below) and it is not working.
I need to sell the physical product and the digital option on the same page. Theoretically this is possible, but why is it showing up the way it is? When you go to the page above the “add to cart” button does not work.
In this WooCommerce document: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/digitaldownloadable-product-handling/ it says:
Variable products can also have downloadable variations. When adding a variation check the ‘downloadable’ box to see the options:
The options work the same as with regular products; set the file path, optionally choose a limit and expiry and your done.
Combining downloadable and virtual products
If you simply check the downloadable boxes, the products can have stock and will be treated as physical products – this lets you do things such as sell downloads and real products together.
If you want a downloadable product which is not physical, also enable the ‘virtual’ option.

That product link is to a preview but going to what looks to be the actual product it appears as though it isn’t set up correctly in some way.
How or where, I really can’t say. Our support for the basic woo commerce set up and product set up is very limited (based on personal experience ).
If its a variation, make sure you have the variations set up correctly as that is very often done incorrectly.

I’ve had two different freelancers look at this and both have said that it is set up correctly. Both have said that the theme code has an error.
How can I push this past this forum so that your team can login and look at it first hand? I need this fixed asap as I’ve been trying to get it fixed for over a week now.
