    I can’t for the life of me get comments on pages to align to the left side, something always gets messed up. So this is for pages, not posts.

    Can you help please?

    Here is an example:

    This is actually a custom post type, but it’s treated like a page.

    Hi halasyt!

    Here is the snippet to fix that :

    comment_meta_container { display: none!important;}
    .comment_container { margin-left: 0!important;
    //in case you need to add uncomment the below rule
    //margin-top : 15px;  }

    Thanks but this didn’t work:

    I forgot to elaborate on the initial question, so the reason I couldn’t get it working 100% was because whatever I did to the comments on page, it caused comments on posts to move as well.
    But on posts, there is an extra comment count area on the left side, so that doesn’t look good that way, you can see it here:

    So it’s sort of a Catch 22…

    That page is showing the correct output. The space on the left is for the comment count:

    Though on that page, the custom post type doesn’t seem to recognize the 0 comments which is what should be in place there. You could do a quick hack/fix with this:

    #top.single-guitarists .comment_meta_container {
        display: none;
    #top.single-guitarists .comment_container {
        margin-left: 0;
        margin-top: 10px;

    Best regards,

    Thank you, this worked perfectly! I didn’t even know you could target CSS by custom post type :-S
