In the comments area (as well as at NEWSCAST demo site) is the declaration of a field missing:

1. line = name = ok
2. line = e-mail address = ok
3. line is an empty field - I think, there should be added the user's website?
Where can I set inside this field the declaration, so that the person, who wants to leave a comment, knows, what to add there?

Whoops, bug in the theme; simple to fix though.
Open up comments.php and add this code:
if ($comment_author_url == '') $comment_author_url = __('Website');
immediately under this code:
if ($comment_author_email == '') $comment_author_email = __('E-Mail Adress');
