    Concerning the Site Title and Breadcrumbs

    My Site Title is “Victory’s Vision Christian Church”…which is what I want for the name of the site to show in the Browser Title Bar..

    However, using this in the breadcrumbs is quite long and by the time you get 2 levels deep the breadcrumbs are across the entire page

    How would I edit this to keep the Site Title the same and just use “Victory’s Vision” for the breadcrumbs?

    the breadcrumbs should already use the site title. However, if this isn’t the case you can open up the class-breadcrumb.php file found under framework > php > class-breadcrumb.php.

    Now find

    echo '<p class="breadcrumb"><span class="breadcrumb_info">'.__('You are here:','avia_framework').'</span> <a href="'.get_bloginfo('url').'">';
    echo "</a>";

    You can remove the

    now put your wanted title right before the closing a, like this:

    echo "Victory's Vision Christian Church</a>";

    Yes, the breadcrumbs are there I just wanted to shorten them from Victory’s Vision Christian Church (blog name) to Victory’s Vision…which your explanation allowed me to da man!

    Glad that Chris could help you :)

    Where do I find this class-breadcrumb.php file?, in my installation it is not available in the editor

    it is :-)

    Look in the different folders at FTP of your theme.

    typically WordPress doesn’t show the core files of the theme in the Editor, you can find the file through your FTP (your hosted folders).

    Thanks colorit2 for jumping in :)
