Hi there, I’m using the contact form element in avia layout builder and tested it by sending an email. The problem is the email is ending in my spam box. Is this a server issue or an issue related to something else?

Enfold is using the default WordPress function to send emails, but you can try this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
to see if the same thing is happening. If yes, you know that it’s a server issue.Best regards,
