I mean the contact form will send me an e-mail...

There should be an area to fill in your email address within either the contact.php file or another php file that processes the script. While I don't have the theme files on hand, usually Kriesi included the directions for this in the sites documentation which should be in the folder you downloaded from ThemeForest.
