Up until about a week ago, my Contact page was working great using the Propulsion theme. Now it seems to be malfunctioning for some reason.

I’ve gone through all my plugins and disabled them to see if the Contact page returns but it has not helped. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Please check the theme options (Propulsion > Theme Options > Contact). Maybe try to “reset” the contact form page by selecting another page. Then save the options and select your current contact page again. Make sure that the includes/contact-form.php exists and isn’t corrupt/damaged.

Thanks for the reply. I did verify the theme options are correct and I’ve tried changing it to a new page that I created (like Contact Test) which resulted in the same “Nothing Found” error.

I verified that the Contact-Form.php is still present. Just to be sure, I reuploaded that file from the original Propulsion zip again. Same results as before.

I disabled all the plugins once more and tested the pages again while doing the above actions, to the same results as before. The problem persists.

    Hey CarletonTorpin,

If you can create a temporary admin account for me and send over the details I’ll take a look and see if I can spot what might be happening.

You can send the information to my email at DevinVinson (at) gmail.com. Make sure to include a link to this topic so that my spam filter doesn’t grab it :)

    Regards,

    Devin

    All fixed :)

Its an old bug that when a set of options is defined in the theme options>Portfolios but there is no page selected it can cause this kind of thing. I removed the empty “portfolios” from the Portfolio section and then saved it so that there is just the single set of options for the page “Learn How to Select your Pool cue”. If you ever need to add additional portfolio type pages, you can just hit the green + at the bottom there to add another set of options. Just make sure to hit the red X when you want to delete that set or does not have a page defined.

    Regards,

    Devin
