    Hi, since I’ve updated to the latest version of the Enfold theme, I have created a contact form and edited the styles, labels etc. I click save but then visit the page and the style resets do it’s default settings. The email address is reset, colours are reset and all labels are reset. The form is nested in a color section.

    Anyone else ran into this problem?

    Hi see below for the login details to my development site. This issue seems to be on every form until you then edit the page and then it gets reset to the default form settings.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that login details. Could you try to delete the element in question and then recreate it to see if that helps? Also, please update the account to admin rights as we can’t see much of it now unfortunately.

    Hi Rikard, thanks for getting bak to me. I have tried deleting the element and then recreating it and the same still happens. I’ll upgrade you to Admin rights now.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply. I couldn’t find the page where you are using the element in a Color Section, so I created a test page, please see private. Everything seems to be working as expected on that page, so I’m thinking it could be a problem on that particular page. Could you try recreating the whole page maybe?

    Yeah it still happens. The form is pretty much on every page. Here is what the form should look like –

    But when I go to edit the page, all style and formatting will disappear and result in something like this page –

    I solved your problem changing the Form Colors at the contact form element > colors to light and transparent. -> see the image: http://prntscr.com/ekou7k
