If I click on the Contact Box in the footer, it acts like it just reloads the current page. I set the Contact to a specific page in my theme setting with it not helping. is there a way i can manually write the page i want it to go to in the .php? that way i know it will work.

Hey,
Can you post the site URL so I can see the problem 1st hand? This sounds like a problem with the link rather than the contact page but I won't know for sure until seeing it.
