I’m having problems with my contact form. When I fill in the blanks on my website it removes the submit button and highlights the boxes filled in in yellow and doesn’t send the message. I changed the domain name and the email address today for my website but everything else is working perfectly.

    Thanks,

    Jason.

    Hey,

Did you check if the email adress is right (You can enter it under CleanCut options > Contact Form)?

I did check to make sure it was correct. I tried three different email addresses and none of them worked. The boxes just turn yellow and the form doesn’t submit. I even tried a whole new contact form and that did the same thing.

    Hey,

Can you post the site URL?

    Hey,

I’ve tried sending you a test message, did you get it?

I note that you appear to be running your site as a subfolder install of http://aquietplaceguesthouse.com/serve – is this WordPress Mulitsite with Domain Mapping enabled?

Do you get “lost password” and other WordPress emails (e.g. new user registration)? If not, I’m guessing that the PHP mail function is not enabled by your web host, you can use the WP Mail SMTP plugin to configure your email to be sent through SMTP using your existing email account.

    James,

My website is in a subfolder of another site and wordpress is installed only in my subfolder. I downloaded the plugin and sent a test message to my email on the plugin configuration page and it worked perfectly but when I tried again to send an email on my contact form on my website the boxes just turned yellow again and the message did not send.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Jason.
