My "Send us mail" form is showing up in random places on my site. I don't use the built-in contact form at all and would just prefer to turn it off. If this isn't possible, I'd like to know how to keep it from showing up in random places. For example, on my bbpress forum homepage, there is a contact form below the forum list:

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey tjmaxwell,
I don't know why its showing up there but you should be able to just disable it in Theme Options>Contact by changing the dropdown to Select page and saving the options.
If that doesn't work, try disabling any other plugins outside of bbpress and woocommerce.
Additionally, go to the theme options Portfolio section and remove any portfolios that don't have pages designated (hit the red X to remove an option group).

Hi Devin,
I tried all these steps and I'm still having the issue on the forum page (link above). I deleted all the fields of the form in the admin, but it won't let me delete the text area. I haven't seen it show up on other pages besides the forum home. Any other ideas to hide it?

Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:
#top.forum-archive .ajax_form {
display: none;
}This is just pulling out that element from visibility, as I can't really think of anything else that would be causing that kind of error.
