    Using Enfold v3.04 and WP 4.01

    I’ve installed and configured the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin and can send out test messages correctly.

    When sending mail from contact form after a ‘sending’ process that seems quite long I get a ‘message sent’ result but the emails never arrive.

    I’d appreciate any insight someone can provide for this scenario.

    Can you please try installing Contact Form 7 plugin and check if it works – https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

    Hi Yigit,
    Yes emails sent from a Contact Form 7 form do arrive.
    Now i’d like to see the enfold forms (which are much nicer) work too.
    any ideas?

    Was there ever a resolution to this? I am having the exact same issue. WP SMTP plugin works every time. Contact form with Enfold doesn’t work.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version, 3.1.5. If updating doesn’t help, could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply.
