    All emails using the Enfold Theme’s contact form end up in spam. I’m sure it’s to do with the mail server Microsoft 365. I know I could sort it out with a SMTP plugin but I don’t have easy access to the information I need. I’ve read the replies to this issue on the forum and would like to ask one more question…

    I tried using Contact7 plugin with an additional header (as suggested in their documentation) specifying the address ( e.g.Sender: (Email address hidden if logged out) ) and this works fine but I would still like to use Enfold’s contact form and wondered if there was anywhere where I could specify where the contact form was from…something like (Email address hidden if logged out) …without compromising the person’s (who is using the form) email’s address?

    Not sure if my question is clear!!

    Not really…I tried this and had the same trouble as one of the participants…the form sent ok (didn’t go to spam) but then the auto response went into spam. So thanks and for now I’ll use the Contact Form7 plugin unless you have any other suggestions??
