I tried to check your contact page: http://casual420.com/contact-us-2/. And it’s working fine on my end. Can you tell us what browser, version of browser and Operating System(like Windows 7) you are using?

I use WIndows Xp at work and at home…I tried at home and at work filling out the contact form, it did not get emailed to my
aol account…so where does the message go? also shouldn’t there be an underscore under (Email address hidden if logged out)
to just click on, on the contact page (hope that makes sense)..August 2, 2012 at 12:54 am #85421
Did you fill up the information on Broadscope > Theme Options > Contact & Social Stuff?

I’m not sure why it doesn’t work although it seems that you have put the right values. Let me tag the rest of the support to check the issue. :)

In order for an email to be clickable it has to be a link. So you need to put the email address into a link in the html tab of your editor like:
This is an email link:
<a href="mailto: (Email address hidden if logged out) ?Subject=Hello%20again">
As for the form, double check that the mail isn’t getting sent to a spam folder and/or is automatically be rejected by your mailbox. You may also need to check with your hosting provider to see if there are any special things you need to do to get wordpress’ wp mail function to work on your server.

Where is the html tab located?
I tried looking under editor files..could not locate it..August 7, 2012 at 1:16 am #85428
Try this instead, go to Pages > your Contact page then highlight your email address and click the Insert/edit link icon(it’s #10 from the left – you can this page as a reference). When you click the icon a dialog box will appear asking you to enter your url. In that area enter this:
mailto: (Email address hidden if logged out) ?Subject=Hello%20again
Make sure you change the (Email address hidden if logged out) to your email address then click the blue Add Link button. Click Update your page to save your changes.
Note: You’ll need to refresh/reload the page in your browser in order to see the link.
