Hello Team,
I am looking for a (premium) contact form to use on our website.
The feature I am looking for is that the user can add extra options themselfs

Example: ordering pizza.

Options for the pizza are on screen. User fills them out. Add the end it says “another pizza”
User clicks it and the form expands with the same options as before but now empty.

any ideas?
