Hi,
The contactform is not visible when I set the contactpage to the mainpage content.
Only text or other content that has been put in the contactpage manually is visible.

No I'm sorry, I had only a short look at it and now I couldn't find it on the homepage. Maybe it's a bug or it's not possible because you try to use a template (template_contact.php) on index.php. I've tried plugins like contact form 7 on the homepage of avisio and it worked - maybe try this alternative.
