    Hi,

    I recently purchased enfold theme and it had been working fine till two days ago. All the content from the bottom half of my theme had gone missing once I added something new to the page along with all newly added things that had also disappeared. I’m using enfold child theme and all was going well till two days ago. What ever you see on the site was added around a week earlier. Some of the older things went missing too once the theme was updated with new content specially everything above the footer all the way to mid section of the theme.

    This is what I’ve tried so far:
    1- restored the theme from a fresh copy
    2- disabled plugins and re-tested it, issue was not resolved
    3- ran anti-virus from the cpanel

    Theme is running on WP4.1 and I’m using the latest version of the theme.

    Hi Atif!

    I logged in and edited some of your pages but they are updating fine for me. Is the problem happening on a specific page?

    Go ahead and take a screenshot and highlight what is going on so we can get a better idea.

    Hi Elliott,

    Thanks for your prompt response. It usually takes a little while for the newly updated content to go missing. I see that nothing has been changed from the last time I worked on it. It could be that the changes you made have gone missing after a while. This issue is not specific to one single page. Any changes I make to any of the pages go missing either in a little while or as soon as I hit update button. I’m really not sure what could be causing this.

    Hey!

    After I was done testing I edited the page to remove my changes. Not really sure what could be going on there.

    What happens when you use a different browser? Make sure all plugins are deactivated while testing.
