    Recently my site started continuously refreshing. I originally thought it was just the page preloader, but after I disabled that feature the problem persisted. I also updated all plugins and the Enfold theme with no luck. I also deactivated all the plugins and switched to a standard theme, but still didn’t fix the problem.

    Was hoping you could diagnose the problem or point me in the right direction.

    Hey Catherine,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    Hi Jordan,

    Yes I did deactivate the plugins one by one, but didn’t see an issue. Go ahead and deactivate what ever you need to test.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I can’t see any reloading on my end using Chrome though. In what browser and device are you seeing this? And what is the frequency of the reloads?
