    Hi there!

Keep up the good work. I really love Enfold. :-)

I have built a test website on lapalma.tichie.nl. I have installed WPML and introduced 3 languages: Dutch, English and German. Dutch is the first language. I was impressed to see that when I add another language I get a whole new Enfold Child version. Which makes it possible to have a different look&feel per language.
However, I want my 3 languages to look exactly the same.
When I have finished my test site I want to build the new site on http://www.lapalma.org.

    Now I have 2 questions:

    1. Is it possible to copy or export/import the Enfold Child settings of the Dutch version of the testsite on lapalma.tichie.nl to the English and German version of the testsite on lapalma.tichie.nl?

    2. Is it possible to copy or export/import the Enfold Child settings of the Dutch version of the testsite on lapalma.tichie.nl to a newly to be installed Enfold Child theme on http://www.lapalma.org?

    Hoping to hear from your.
    Kind regards from Amsterdam,

    Hi tichie!

you can use export/import function in theme settings, but I think you should contact WPML plugin for any further support in your case, as they know their plugin best and they can tell you what to do in this case.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

Thankx. Can you tell me how I can export theme settings from one site and import them on another site? Is that possible?

    Kind regards,
    Janneke

    Hey!

Yes, that’s possible. Go to the Enfold > Import / Export panel then click the Export Theme Settings File button. This will download the theme’s settings file. You can use that file on another installation with the enfold theme.

    Cheers!

    Hi Ismael,

    Wonderfull. It worked perfectly.

I was able to export+import the child setting from one language to another in the test site.

And I was able to export the child setting from the set site and import the settings into the new site. The child settings of the three languages in the test site were placed correctly in the child settings of the three languages of the new site.

Thanx very much and feel free to visit http://www.lapalma.org!

    Gr,
    Janneke
