   nice theme! I wonder:
   Do you mind, if I move your copyright notice/link from the footer to my imprint page?

   You can even remove the copyright notice. You can modify the theme and the copyright notice as you like. But I'm sure Kriesi will be happy if you link to his homepage from your imprint page :-).
