Open footer.php located in your theme folder. There you'll find following line:
<span class="copyright"><strong>Copyright ©</strong> <a href="http://www.kriesi.at">Kriesi.at - New Media Design</a> - remove this once purchased ;)</span>Just change it to anything you like.
