Im at a complete loss as to how to fix this issue. any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are using a different theme, however, I think you have the same issue in this thread http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/angular-theme-hacked
It's still unsolved, but try to follow the instructions in the thread, some solutions might work on your case.

i have tried all of those things. I have no access to dashboard whatsoever, i have tried manually doing this in my ftp file manager. sorry im completely lost within the different codes. i need a step by step guide as to what to do to go about fixing this issue....pls....
