    Hi there, I am using Propulsion theme and on the shop pages I have used the category listing to create a sub menu within the shop section for the different product types. I would like to be able to create a “here” link on the category being shown rather like the ” current menu item” link on the main nav bar. Can’t seem to work out how to do this! Can you offer some guidance?

    Here is a link to the shop page on the site showing the shop (catalogue) page highlighted in pink. The sub menu in the left sidebar has a pink hover, but I want it to stick when a user is in one of the category sections.

    Many thanks

    in fact looking at the theme demo, the effect I want (though different styling) seems to be shown there…

    Hi,

    You can style the current category you’re viewing using this element.

    .cat-item.current-cat {
    }

    Hi

    How do you start a new topic in this support forum?

    Thanks Ismael. I just needed to add an “a” after current-cat together with the color I wanted the link to show up in and this worked for me…
