   I'm fairly new to responsive sites -e.g. How would I edit the positioning of a CSS element on a smaller screen-size but leave the desktop CSS intact?

   Hi,

   In your Propulsion Folder, open css > layout.css. Insert your css code below "@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {". Hope this helps. :)
