How can I access the main CSS file (style.css or whatever)? I don’t want to edit it. I just want to look at the code. I’ve nav’ed to in online but no content to view.
For this purppose I want to see what the width of the template is set to. And to ask what the process is for increasing width?
The main style.css file is in the themes root folder. The other css files are in the css folder in the theme files.
For easily identifying css, you can use Firebug for Firefox. See this topic for a link to a video on how-to: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/fyi-firebug-tutorial-for-wordpress-users
Thanks, am on it with FB.
The style.css file in root just opens up with a “do not edit” message and has no contents, when I browse to it in WP or to the root folder.
