    I’m using the Twitter for WordPress widget in the sidebar and I’ve got the text of the tweets overlapping the bullets. Is there a way to modify the css to add the same amount of space between the text and the arrow bullets in Clean Cut to match the display of other widgets in the sidebar?

    You can see the problem here: http://renaissancebloke.com/singularsoftware/tweets-about-us/

    Hi,

    I tried to check your site using the link you have given and this is what my browser returns: This webpage is not available. I also tried to check http://renaissancebloke.com/ and http://renaissancebloke.com/singularsoftware/ but still gives me the same error. Please check.

    Regards,

    Ismael

    That’s odd. Try this link as I have a more recent test site: http://test.singularsoftware.com/blog/

    Hi,

    I can view it now. :) Try to add the following in your Quick CSS or custom.css:

    Code:
    ul.twitter li {
    background: url(“../images/skin1/bullet.png”) no-repeat scroll 0 10px transparent;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #e5e5e5;
    padding: 3px 10px;
    }
    ul.twitter li a,
    .twitter_title_link {
    background: none!important;
    }

    Hope it helps. :)

    Best Regards,

    Ismael

    Thanks Ismael, I don’t see a custom or quick css page. I added it to the style.css and it works except that the bullets don’t show up.

    Hi,

    Sorry, I forgot it’s supposed to be in style.css. Try to remove the ../ in background: url(“../images/skin1/bullet.png”) no-repeat scroll 0 10px transparent;

    Hope this helps. :)

    Best Regards,

    Ismael

    I removed the line: background: url(“../images/skin1/bullet.png”) no-repeat scroll 0 10px transparent;

    and the the arrow bullets still don’t show up. Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    Please look for this selector ul.twitter li a, .twitter_title_link then remove the background: none!important.

    Hi, I removed the line: background: none!important; and the bullets still aren’t showing up.

    Hi aftaab,

    Instead of removing the entire background: line above you just needed to remove the ../. So add that line back in and your ul.twitter li CSS will look like this:

    ul.twitter li {
    background: url("images/skin1/bullet.png") no-repeat scroll 0 10px transparent;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #E5E5E5;
    padding: 3px 10px;
    }

    Sorry for the confusion.

    Regards,

    Mya

    No worries. That worked like a charm. Thanks so much.
