   Hi, is it possible to change the copyright and 'Wordpress theme by...' text? Where do it edit that? Thanks!

   Hey,
   for sure - open up footer.php and replace following code/text with any other text:
   

   <span class='copyright'>&copy; <?php _e('Copyright','avia_framework'); ?> - <a href='<?php echo home_url('/'); ?>'><?php echo get_bloginfo('name');?></a> - <a href='http://www.kriesi.at'>Wordpress Theme by Kriesi.at</a></span>
