    Hi Guys,

I know this issue is covered somewhere else on the forum but cannot find it. I just updated to version 1.4 of Eunoia and it has knocked out some of my custom code I hard coded and I cannot remember for the life of me where to find the icon information for the Icon link shortcode.

I want to add a custom icon to the Icon Link shortcode (a PDF icon). I just cannot remember where to find the 2 places you have to add it to!

    Anyone help?

Sorry That last post was a bit garbled…

I want to add a PDF icon to the Icon Link shortcode.

I hard coded it in before but cannot find the right place to add the new code in the theme files.

    Hi,

You can place a custom icon, just add the url.

You can find it on framework > php > avia_shorcodes > sc.

I need to hard code it in, to make it work again after the update. It is used all over the site and not just in one place. There are two places you have to add the icon to. the ilink.js file is one of them…where is the other?

There is a file within the framework where you have to specify the file path to each icon, i cannot find it :( I have added the icon to the shortcode but cannot find the file where you specify the icon location.

    Found it!

    You have to edit

    avia_shortcodes>sc>ilink.js

    and

    shortcodes.css

to add the icon to the context menu and hard code it rather than custom icon url.

The only reason I am doing it this way is so I do not have to change the reference on all of the pages. It is a PDF icon that I named pdf1. SO by adding it back into the context menu I do not need to go through the whole site and manually change about 300 icons!
