How do I get the Preview and Full Size Picture/Video options working for a custom post? For a start, the option to add preview images are not available in the custom post edit screen. Please advise.

Hey,
What do you mean by "Custom Post"?
If you've added a Custom Post Type which wasn't included in the original theme the custom meta box and options won't be automatically added.
