    Hello, I am running Enfold 2.9.1 and WordPress 3.9.1.

    I have created a custom sidebar in the widget area but when I choose the custom sidebar in a page under “Sidebar Setting”, the custom sidebar does not show and appears blank.

    Can you please tell me what the issue is.

    Hi!

    The sidebar isn’t appearing because there is a fullwidth element present on that Page (the map), however, as a workaround you can use the Widget element – http://screencast.com/t/qSiGhfwZZ

    Thank you Josue. I have removed the full width Google Map and now showing the custom sidebar but the default sidebar is also appearing underneath the custom sidebar. How do I fix this?

    Hi!

    That’s the “Display Everywhere” widget area, you should empty it if you don’t want it to be displayed everywhere.
