    Hello,

    I’m trying to get rid of all elements involving commenting. There is no social aspect to our site. I’m also trying to get rid of the the Date graphic and date in general. How would I go about doing this whilst maintaining the structure of the site?

    Here is an example from the site: http://thankssounddesign.com/work/directors-reel-michael-roud/

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi skunkswithwings,

    You can start with adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    .blog-meta {
    display: none;
    }
    .comment-entry {
    display: none;
    }

    I’m not sure what else you would need to remove as long as you aren’t using the actual blog.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hi! Thank you! That was so fast, I’m also wondering if there is a way to hide of the “read more” button.

    If you want it just on the work page (which I assume so) you can use:

    #top.page-template-template-portfolio-php .more-link {
    display: none;
    }

    If you want it on more/all page you can use:

    #top.more-link {
    display: none;
    }

    ok, so i used the above code to remove the date/comments… worked like a charm

    but, now i have a strange bit of padding to the left of the post titles… can you tell me how to get rid of that?

    thanks!

    Hey browncl,

    Can I take a look at what you have up now? I’ll need to inspect the code live to see what is causing the extra padding.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hi browncl,

    Try to add this code:

    #template-blog .hr {
    margin-left: 4% !important;
