Dear Customer Team, unfortunately the submenu on mobile devices is not being shown. I even replaced avia.js with the code which you can find here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/mega-menu-not-working-on-mobile/
however it still doesn’t work. I did no customization on the template so far except the one which you can find in the private content section.
If you check up my site then you can see the mobile main menu on small screens but if you click on it then the submenu items are not being shown. In the backend of the enfold theme i set the point “Menu Icon Submenu items” to “display submenu items on click”, but if i also choose the other option with “display submenu items on hover” then it still doesn’t work. I have deleted my browser cache and used also different browsers but the problem still exists. Can you please check my site up and tell me what the problem here is?

    Hey promind-customer,

Thank you for using our theme.

Please try to update avia.js with this latest version:

    https://pastebin.com/g5sY6E7D

If this does not help, please create a temporary admin accout and ftp access for us, so we can check in backend. You can post this in private data.

Also remove your customisations after upload of the new version, clear all your browser and server caches after every change.

    Best regards,
    Günter

    Hello Günter,
thank you for the fast reply!
I replaced the avia.js code but it still doesnt work. I created for you an admin FTP account.
    Just see below.

    Hi,
I was unable to login using the FTP password, please check and please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Hi,
I was able to ftp in, and I replaced the 3 files for the fix, but it’s still not working. I see your WP cache is turned off, is your host also caching? I can’t recreate this issue on a clean install, so I’m thinking there is a plugin conflict. Can we disable all of your plugins to test? Is this a staging site or a live active site?
Do you have a backup? I recommend https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hello Mike,

as far as i know our server is not caching.
Yes you can disable all plugins. Its a testing site and its not a productive one.

    Best greetings

    Hi,

Please note that the new script will not render empty mega menu columns or columns that do not contain sub menu items. Please disable the mega menu option or add a submenu item to the mega menu columns.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Hey Ismael, i have removed the empty columns however it still doesnt work. i also deactivated all the plugins there.
The submenus are still not showing. Do you have any other solution for that?

    best greetings

    Hi,

I checked your backend. The setup of the megamenu was the problem.

I setup the menu so it is working now.

You have to use columns below the top level menu (= MegaMenu).
Columns are “Custom Linkes” (= Individuelle Links) with URL = # and Link Text = ‘-‘ if you want to hide the column titel or the column title.

Let us know, if this solved your problem.

    Best regards,
    Günter
