   Hi, my client delete the contact page with the form, how I can re-import or load the form?

   Hey,

   Assuming you only mean in WP backend (rather than theme files missing), create a new contact page and select this as your contact page under Theme Options > Contact & Social Stuff > Contact Form Page.
