I don’t know if this is a theme specific thing or a WordPress issue but I’m hoping you will help me. I’m trying to embed a client’s DemandForce Reviews. I can do a RSS feed but it doesn’t look very nice. http://www.clarkeauto.net/testimonials/. I would rather embed the reviews so that it looks like this http://www.demandforce.com/b/1.0/1/review/reviews.jsp?d3cp_exid=clarkeauto.
Step 1: Add this CSS code into the HTML header of your page <HEAD/>
(<link type=”text/css” rel=”stylesheet” href=”http://www.demandforce.com/widget/css/widget.css” />)
Step 2: Embed in <BODY/>
d3cp_bid = ‘109000466’;// Business ID in DemandforceD3
//there are two buttons go to other pages in this widget. If you have the according pages, you can set the url for them.
//d3cp_link_addreview = ‘your_page_url’; //Optional. See Instructions.
//d3cp_link_scheduler = ‘your_page_url’; //Optional. See Instructions.
So when I add the step 1 code to the header.php, the entire site goes down. So I added the step 1 code to the custom.css and the step 2 code to the page. The reviews kind of display on the page but they are not formatted the way they should be, apparently because the step 1 code is not working or not placed where it should be.
Any idea where the step 1 CSS code should be placed so that it will work? Should the step 2 code be some place other than the page?
