    Every time I try to import demo files it says “Import didn’t work”. Please help

    The login credentials do not work let us know which demo you like to import we will provide you a XML file using which you can import the demos from WordPress > Tools > import feature.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    or do you have a nulled version from elsewhere ? :wink

    just as a reply to Guenni007, I don’t need your condescending comments, i will take a look in that folder, for if I knew it was there I would not have requested it. As for your wink, grow up, you can only get access here if you have purchased the theme as it asks for a purchase code, so keep your winks to yourself.

    Hi,

    please fill in your Themeforest’s User Name + API Key inside your backend.

    As I already said: Delete all theme files completely via FTP and afterwards get a fresh installation from your themeforest account. It works for us and for thousands of other customers. Keep all plugins and customizations deactivated.
