    Hi,

    I am having trouble importing demo content with the enfold wordpress theme. I’m getting the error message “Import didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page then try again” I have attempted doing this three times to no success.

    Can you send us a link to your site as well? Also let us know if we can deactivate your plugins while testing.

    I’m also having the same issue, which is the first time I’ve had this issue with this theme (I’ve been using it for quite some time with fantastic results. Can you please look at the issue from the admin side? I just need an email to send the login credentials to.

    Hi!

    The email doesn’t really matter, you could use one of yours or a dummy email. You can then reply here with the credentials and set your reply as private so all of our support team can see it.

    I am having the same issue….this is my 3rd or 4th time using enfold and I never had this problem before….

    I am trying to import the ONE PAGE dummy Data. And I get the same message on any browser.

    Please some help would be appreciated…you can do whatever you want to plugins it’s a recent install (2 hours ago) and I also have credentials ready for you :)

    refreshed my permalinks…and it worked !?!? ….maybe just a coincidence ?
