I have found many people with the same problem but no solutions published publicly, so I will start another thread. Bought Enfold today because it is absolutely beautiful and had the exact template – demo – I wanted. It was smashingly perfect. Except I can’t access it. I have spent 4 hours trying to get your demo import to work. Deleted the theme a couple of times, downloaded the theme from envato again, emptied the database, etc. etc. What is the deal? Any easy tips? Help me please. (also uploaded from another computer using another FTP client just in case)

    Hey dulalchandra!

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Regards,

Rikard, did you receive login info?

How soon will you be able to login and see if the Church demo can be installed?

    Thanks.

    Hey!

It seems like you have to increase the PHP memory limit on your installation, I’m not sure what limit you have now but try to set it to at least 128mb. http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Also, please don’t reply to your own thread as it will go to the back of our support queue if you do, and we will then see it later than if you hadn’t.

    Regards,
    Rikard
