I guess you want to add a description to the 3d flash slider? That's possible but you need to use the slider xml configuration file. In the theme option panel select "Use config.xml file within folder "slideshow"" instead of "Use Slideshow Manager bellow". Then open up display/slideshow/config.xml and you'll notice that Kriesi already added some sample code to config.xml which is a good starting point fr your custom description text, etc.
