Design Showcase Theme - Footer Does Not Work?

Hi There,

I just purchased the design showcase theme and I cant seem to get the footer to work with any widgets? I am using 3.2.1.

Please advise of a fix? Or am I missing something?

Also the login widget doesnt seem to work either..?? Am I missing something?

Hey,
Design ShowCase isn't compatible with WP 3.2.1 anymore but only with Wordpress 2.9. (like stated here: http://themeforest.net/item/design-showcase/19791 ). Please downgrade and the widgets will work.

Naa.. I dont want to downgrade as that causes other issues... isnt the theme being updated to be compatible with wordpress versions?

Unfortunately not - I think Kriesi dropped the development for this theme some time ago.
