    I’ve developed my wife’s website (http://christyreederphd.com) and I love the layout on a computer, but when it is viewed on a phone or tablet it shows column 1 first, column 2 second, and column 3 third. How could I designate the arrangement to be column 2 first, column 3 second, and column 1 third when it is viewed on these devices? Thanks for your help.
