I have contacted two local developers in the past 3 weeks.
I met with one personally for a tutoring session and he has all but
disappeared so I can't get additional help.
I paid the second developer a deposit to start the project, she called today
and said she didn't fully understand the theme and couldn't finish.
I need a developer that knows CLEANCUT. I know what I want and how I need the
site to function. I can supply storyboards and complete, detailed instructions will be
provided for review to quote prior to starting the project.
I pay on time.
I need the work done on time.
