For http://bus-werk.nl/ I’m trying to setup different tax rates per country. I’ve set the standard rate for the netherlands on 21% and the rate for belgium 0%. Unfortunately the checkout page only uses the 21% rate. I’ve tested the same settings for a fresh installation of woocommerce as you can see on http://zoiezo.nl/wordpress where the different rates do function as should.

    Thanks, Sander

    Hey Sander!

Please switch to another theme (i.e. TwnentyThirteen) and check if the issue persists. If yes it’s a configuration issue or WooCommerce bug and you must contact the WooCommerce support: http://www.woothemes.com/support/ . I’m pretty sure it’s no theme issue because we don’t hook into or manipulate the tax output or calculation in any way.

    Regards,
    Peter

    Hi Peter,

I’ve switched to Twenty Thirteen, but the tax problem still occurs, while a clean installation of the twenty twelve theme with latest woocommerce doesn’t have this problem.

    Thanks, Sander

    Hi!

    Thank you for the update.

If it’s not working on the wordpress default template like twenty thirteen then it’s not a theme related issue. Please contact the woocommerce support.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
