All of my products are virtual (downloadable) so I'm not really sure why I would need to use the Billing Address. Is there a way to disable it? Is it in the setup options? Am I missing it?

Hi Hellion,
I imagine the billing address is due to the payment gateway. You can check the WooCommerce documentation or their online Wiki at http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce-docs/ to see what can be done.
