    Hi Guys!

    First of all: Excellent template. Very flexible. I’m loving it.

    Now to my question:

    My portfolio itens will never be allowed to get commented so I don’t want to have this message. I want it to be purelly a product portfolio.

    So, I wonder how may I disable the automatic message “date/month/year Comments off/on” in the portfolio items template.

    example (16 Nov 2011, Comments Off).

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    to remove the date & comment message below your portfolio titles you can open up your custom.css file (in your css folder) and add:

    .single-portfolio .blog-meta{
    display:none;}

    Thanks for the prompt reply, but nothing happens.

    Just to be sure: I simply inserted the code above into the custom.css file that is in the upscale/css/ folder. This file was empty so I’m not sure if this is the file that you’re talking about.

    Regards

    Ok. Solved when I went to the comments.css and saved it again.

    I don’t know if this makes sense but it worked.

    Glad that it works now :)

    Dear all,

    I could not locate “comments.css” in the css folder.

    I only have “style1.css”, “style2.css”, “style3.css”, and “style4.css”

    What should I do? I’m using Newcast template.

    Thank you for your help and support.

    Kind regards,

    Patrick

    For Newscadt delete following code in single.php:

    <div class='entry commententry'>
    <?php comments_template(); ?>
    </div>
