    Hi,

CSS newbie (used to working in tables…) working on the HTML version of your great ‘Display’ theme.

I’m editing the sidebar and footer areas – is there a way I can edit the content of each area just once, but have all pages throughout the site change?

Also, on the index page there are 3 boxes (box_small 1, 2 and 3) under the cu3er slideshow – can I make these boxes narrower and add a 4th box here?

    Thanks,

    Niels

Regarding the second point, I’ve worked out the problem (box_small 1, 2 and 3 under the cu3er slideshow – can I make these boxes narrower and add a 4th box here?)

Tweeking values for width and padding for .box and .wrapper .box_small in style.css does the job – I’ve now got 5 boxes in a row under the slideshow.

Still hoping for a solution to the first point if possible – ie, I’m editing the sidebar and footer areas – is there a way I can edit the content of each area just once, but have all pages throughout the site change?

    Hey,

it’s possible if you use a php/html combination instead of html only. Like WP themes you can structure the html template – i.e you can use a header file, a footer file, a sidebar file and a main content section. This site gives you a small overview: http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/php_includes.asp
