Displaying only part of large images that bleed to the edge

Here’s an example of what I want to do. On https://www.invisionapp.com/ , below the hero, in the section “Powerful design prototyping tools,” the image on the right is a large image that the browser only displays a portion that fits into the page, while going all the way to the edge.

How can I do the same with Enfold? (I believe part of the trick is to apply a width and height properties to the img tag, but maybe there is another way.)
